Tiramisu Iced Latte

Ingredients

16 tbsps + 8 tsps coffee decoction

1 cup mascarpone cheese

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

1 ½ cups whipped cream

8 Italian fingers

Ice cubes as required

Frothy milk as required

  • Cocoa powder for dusting


Directions

  1. Take mascarpone cheese in a bowl, add powdered sugar and vanilla essence and whisk well.
  2. Add whipped cream and mix with light hands. Transfer this into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle.
  3. Break 4 Italian fingers and put into 4 individual bowls. Pour 4 tbsps coffee decoction in each glass.
  4. Top up with ice cubes, pour frothy milk on top. Pour remaining coffee decoction and pipe the mascarpone cheese mixture on top.
  5. Place 1 Italian finger on the rim of each glass and pipe a rosette of mascarpone mixture on top.
  6. Dust some cocoa powder on top and serve chilled.
