Ingredients
16 tbsps + 8 tsps coffee decoction
1 cup mascarpone cheese
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 ½ cups whipped cream
8 Italian fingers
Ice cubes as required
Frothy milk as required
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Directions
- Take mascarpone cheese in a bowl, add powdered sugar and vanilla essence and whisk well.
- Add whipped cream and mix with light hands. Transfer this into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle.
- Break 4 Italian fingers and put into 4 individual bowls. Pour 4 tbsps coffee decoction in each glass.
- Top up with ice cubes, pour frothy milk on top. Pour remaining coffee decoction and pipe the mascarpone cheese mixture on top.
- Place 1 Italian finger on the rim of each glass and pipe a rosette of mascarpone mixture on top.
- Dust some cocoa powder on top and serve chilled.
